Felecia was very knowledgeable at what she does..I highly recommend her she was very pleasant as well anytime I had questions she was there for me and I thank her for all her services with my house search
Felecia connected me with a lender that was able to establish a mortgage for me despite my excessive student loan amount. She made suggestions for homes to view, and she provided me with information on the homes that I would send to her. Felecia responded timely with any information or forms that I had to sign. She was on top of her game :) I really appreciated her help, insight, professionalism, and so much more throughout my first time home buying process.
Felecia hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
