My experience with this company still brings tears to my eyes as I think of how painless and joyful this process went... Feder was the 6th agent I hired and after the 1st meeting with him I was sold.... <br/><br/>What Feder did that other real estate agents didn't:<br/><br/>1) Made sure I was READY to buy. Although we all want to buy a home, it is important to make sure that we are not only financially prepared, but mentally ready for the responsibility. Yes sometimes renting seems to be a waste but buying is a responsibility that you may not be quite ready for. NO MORE ON CALL service men! And since that was my #1 pro of renting, Feder helped me change my thinking process about this matter... <br/><br/>2) He listened and ONLY produced results off of what I wanted! For two years straight, I was forced to look in the very neighborhoods I told other agents I did not want to live. They felt it was a good deal so they wasted my time and took me to places I despised. As I transitioned to Feder, I witnessed him filter out certain zip codes and demographics as he searched for my 1st home. <br/><br/>3) He has a well-rounded team! He literally knows someone that knows someone else..... From financing to lawyers to painting, Feder had someone ready for each process of my home buying process. I worked THREE jobs and never once did he hesitate to make paperwork or information submission convenient for my lifestyle. <br/><br/> I will never forget the day he called my phone (after 3 months of being my agent) and said..." I found the perfect one!!" .... Needless to say, we closed in 60 days and I am the happiest buyer on the block!! <br/><br/>Thanks you Thank you Thank you!!
