Faviola Hsu

We were out visiting colleges with our kids while our house was listed for sale. We were concerned about our belongings and Faviola took the extra step to be there for every showing, even when she wasn’t representing the buyer. We felt at ease with her being there and was able to enjoy our trip. We had listed our house above the comps and above what Faviola recommended. We ended up accepting an offer that was below our asking but well above the comps and exactly what Faviola had recommended. She definitely had a good feel of the market and we are always happy with what she does for us.

We purchased this house while we were out of town. We trusted Faviola to give us a fair assessment of the house. She understood our needs and looked at several houses before advising us this was the one for us. It turned out to be a great decision and we are so happy to have trusted Faviola. There was no pressure from her to buy and she just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We ended up going over asking due to the numerous offers on our house. The tricky part is always not knowing how much over the others are going. Following Faviola’s advice, we were satisfied with the offer we presented and so happy we were chosen. We will always use Faviola in the future.

Faviola was awesome to work with! She is ON it!
