Our journey with Fatin Beiner (Mrs. Beiner) started in late July 2007. We met her by chance while looking for a better school system for our kids. Our search for a new home was focused in the Irvington area of Westchester County in New York. Fatin was a resident of Ardsley and offered to help us find a property there. Her detailed knowledge and passion for the area were the reason we decided to give her a chance. We also we resigned to the fact that our search for this dream house of ours will have to wait one more year. The next day, Fatin had located what would become, a month later, our home. She remembered showing it to couple of her customers in early summer but was not able to find it as a listing. She drove by this house, knocked at its door and convinced its owner to get it ready for us to visit it in the afternoon of the next day. We loved the house, put in an offer, got it approved within hours, got our mortgage approved in 12 days, and moved our furniture on August 31 so the kids can go to school the very next day. All the activities were meticulously coordinated by Mrs Beiner and were performed with perfection. When our son was accepted at The University of Michigan in 2016 and our daughter found a job in Ann Arbor while applying for graduate studies there, we decided to keep our family together and move there. We asked Mrs. Beiner to help us sell our Ardsley home and bought a property in Ann Arbor. She put it on the market and quickly decided to offer it for rent when buyers' offers were lower than we were hoping to get. Subsequently, the house was rented 3 times before we sensed improvement in the market and offered it for sale around April 15, 2020. By June 1, we had an offer higher than our asking price and closed on the sale of the property on June 30, 2020. Throughout these years, Mrs Beiner coordinated all the details and ensured no mistakes were made. This is the reason we call her a friend and we feel very happy we chose to work with her.
