As a Realtor, I try my best to understand the potential client’s needs. To do so, I put my consulting hat at first meeting. I won’t take any action before realizing what would be the best option to properly help potential clients. I go through the numbers, and required documents with potential buyers and sellers to help them to become familiar with real estate transactions that they are willing to get in. By this means potential clients can evaluate how knowledgeable and reliable their realtor is.
Each client has unique needs, so the result is always surprising. For me, different challenges that I face to provide outstanding results for my clients is a valuable learning session.
