Farin Milligan

It was a negative, angry emotional experience for us, from start to finish. Farin never showed our property once. During the four months on the market it was shown 15 times by other agents. Farin had two open houses, one on our request and one from her boss. Farin's only advise to us throughout the entire process was to lower the price of the property, which was every three weeks. When we wanted to find another agent, Farin wouldn't let us out of six month contract, so our property has been inactive and off the market for two months. Which has costed us a lot of money. When we confronted her about our dissatisfaction, Farin was rude, accusatory and called us "liars". Basically, she just listed our house on the internet. we thought we hired a Real Estate agent and only got a Listing agent. We would not recommend Farin nor Xtreme Realty.

Farin was amazing! She listened to our needs and wants and made sure we go what we wanted! She fought for us to get what we wanted all the through to closing! We are so grateful for her and everything she did.
