I have personally purchased 4 homes with Fariba. she is knowledgeable, and will give great advice when it comes to buying homes. She will always have in mind the "resale" value/issues of the homes I purchase which makes me feel great knowing that she has the future in mind when I only am focused on the purchase transaction. She is pro-active, and stays on top of every deadline to make sure everything is taken care of as far as inspections, appraisal and due diligences period. I have never felt a rush or a "push" from her on purchasing a house. She has shown me multiple homes (we saw 17 homes on one day!) and has stuck by me, and given me enough time so I can make a good decision. I love working with her.
