Fariba is very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home and her hard work is definitely noticeable. She initially walked us through the process and laid out all of the information so we knew what to expect and when to expect them (from the loan application, to finding the right home for our family, to putting our offer in, going through various inspections). In the 2021 housing market, she did not stop to get us what we wanted in a home. Highly would recommend her for any one else looking for a great realtor!

I have personally purchased 4 homes with Fariba. she is knowledgeable, and will give great advice when it comes to buying homes. She will always have in mind the "resale" value/issues of the homes I purchase which makes me feel great knowing that she has the future in mind when I only am focused on the purchase transaction.
