I had a great experience working with Fady as my seller's agent. I was a little concerned about putting my condo on the market during the winter, but Fady had a well-thought-out plan for the sale, and my condo sold for more than the list price, and it sold very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Fady if you are planning to put your house or condo on the market.
