The best realtor we've ever worked with!
We recently put a rental property on the market with Evelyn. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction, including local rent control laws. She handled everything including working with existing tenants on a timeline and settlement that worked for both parties. Evelyn is extremely good at communicating various options and making recommendations that work for her seller. The results she delivered far exceeded our expectations.
