When it came time to sell my home a lot of emotions went through me. Choosing a Senior Real Estate Specialist was upper most in my mind. When I contacted Evelyn right away I was very comfortable with her professionalism, knowledge and to me her way of getting things done. From the listing of the house, the staging, photography and open houses with immediate feedback I couldn’t have been more informed, more satisfied with the selling strategy she applied. All offers were brought to my immediate attention. Showed me all the options, good and bad about each offer. In all this going on she convinced my daughters that yes, Evelyn was keeping my well being, my needs and my satisfaction in the selling, preparation, and final closing first and foremost. I have been working work Evelyn since Sept. of 2022, she took six months of looking everywhere helping me as a first time home buyer to find my perfect first home!
