I didn’t want to spend much time searching for an agent when we decided to buy our first house, so our mortgage lender recommended Evan based on my request to find an agent who was “chill and wouldn’t stress me out”. I was buying a house during a pandemic while living out of state and Evan was communicative, professional, and most importantly, “chill”. As first time homebuyers, Evan guided us through the process and answered all of our questions with patience. I originally sent Evan a list of about 9 homes I’d seen online; we focused on on the best one, toured the house, had an accepted offer, and closed on our first home all within the time frame of about a month and a half. Highly recommend.
