I knew then he was the guy for the job. He bird-dogged answers to every question and solutions for every challenge. He provided honest, objective counsel and never hesitated to jump in and help with the hundred chores and steps -- which makes all the difference when you're three states away. He knows a lot about the regional market -- both as a whole and with respect to individual counties, towns and neighborhoods. There were lots of decisions that I needed to make but the best one was the first one -- engaging Evan as our realtor.

He is absolutely the best! Not pushy and knows his stuff. I had 3 other realtors. One had extreme lack of communication while the other 2 tried to get me to change my loan company. Evan did none of that. Made it a very stress free buying experience. I had a FHA loan and Evan knew what to look for in a house that could come up needing repair. Again very very knowledgeable. I would refer him to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.
