About Evan

My husband, Mark, and I have spent many years restoring old homes. With his background in architecture and design and mine in engineering and technology, we are able to use our passion for homes, history and architecture in many ways through restoration, sales and long term leasing and management of our properties. We have spent the majority of our time in property development, both restoring and renovating many properties we have owned consisting of homes, duplexes and several multi-unit properties. Additionally, we have worked with a variety of clients to find or create homes. Many of these clients were transitioning in their careers, locating to Pittsburgh, or were first time home buyers after living in one of our homes. As we both have passions for residential architecture and design, soon after moving to Pittsburgh, it was natural for us to become Reators® as part of our business. RE/MAX Realty Brokers is a great fit for us. In addition to Realtor® duties, Evan has utilized his engineering education for this RE/MAX office working with all aspects of their technology, including a complete office modernization and renovation. We have thoroughly enjoyed working in property development and have come to know the real estate market in Western Pennsylvania as a result. Our development efforts are geared toward classic design while we re-engineer the homes with modern aspects for today’s lifestyles. Throughout our time in Pittsburgh, we have found that there are many opportunities in both the residential and commercial property markets. There is a wealth of varied architecture, design and configurations available in this unique city we call home. Truly there are so few places in the country that compare to the diversity and affordability of housing that we find in Pittsburgh as compared to the rest of the country. We look forward to meeting you and helping you with this next step of your journey.
