Charlene Haislip

About Charlene

I approach every client, every transaction, with a love of neighborhood, community & home. You see, people don’t buy “houses”. They buy the next chapter in their lives. They buy the setting where their family memories will take place. The neighborhood kids that their own kids will play with. The neighbors who will become their dearest friends. I remember these things every time I sell someone's "house" or sell someone a “house”. Its my small way of making a difference in the lives of people I meet every day.

Dev was a pleasure to work with on our first...

Dev was a pleasure to work with on our first home purchase. She always responded rapidly and gave us great insight into our housing market and the buying process. Dev helped get us connected with a lender, an inspector, an electrician and guided us through the whole process. She even negotiated a seller credit towards closing costs! Most importantly she showed us the house we fell in love with, and it wasn't a house we would have found on our own. Thanks Dev!

If "very impressive" is 5 stars, Pia Colucci...

If "very impressive" is 5 stars, Pia Colucci deserves at least 10. I have never met anyone who knew properties or neighborhoods or values like Pia. She was kind, considerate and actually fun to work with. And yet, when it came to the negotiations with the other side, she was a bulldog. I would recommend Pia to anyone I cared about.
