From our first meeting with Evan, until Escrow closed, we were treated in a professional manner that could not be surpassed. He prepared us every step of the way with accurate information and gave us advise that was spot on. Recommendations for improving curb appeal, etc., were very clearly thought out and his efforts to provide guidance with professional workmen were outstanding. The house was prepared beautifully for showing & was staged at Evan's recommendations. The establishment of the asking price was also spot on. Evan did an amazing job with comps in our immediate & surrounding areas. His promotional materials for this house was prepared by Evan in a manner that was unbeatable and his photography, including a drone, was spectacular. He could not have been more attentive in preparing for the open house and in dealing with prospective buyers and their brokers. After we had accepted a buyer, we had to deal with some problems which arose and, under Evan's expert guidance, each of the problems was dealt with calmly. The results were excellent. He led us through the entire Escrow process through closing date, very smoothly. We have absolutely have no problem in recommending Evan as highly as possible and know that anyone who works with Evan will be as happy as we are.
