He could not have been more attentive in preparing for the open house and in dealing with prospective buyers and their brokers. After we had accepted a buyer, we had to deal with some problems which arose and, under Evan's expert guidance, each of the problems was dealt with calmly. The results were excellent. He led us through the entire Escrow process through closing date, very smoothly. We have absolutely have no problem in recommending Evan as highly as possible and know that anyone who works with Evan will be as happy as we are.
