Wow, where do I even begin here. My husband and I started investigating the home buying process a few months ago. We weren't sure we could even pull it off financially, but we still got into contact with Evan to start viewing properties. From the start, Evan knew we could be quite a ways off from actually making a purchase and that did not stop him from providing exceptional customer service. He drove multiple times all over San Diego County to meet us and help us with our house buying journey. Not only was he always responsive and professional, but he was so knowledgable on the ENTIRE process! He was even able to help us understand things about the mortgage loan! Every encounter with Evan left me speechless at how honest, educated, and kind he is. This was my first experience with a realtor and I couldn't imagine it having been any better. There wasn't a phone call, text message, or email that went unanswered. I truly believe if we had another realtor, we probably wouldn't have gotten the house of our dreams.
