Eva comes highly recommended, and a reputable real estate expert around the surrounding area. My wife and I both trusted what she said, listened to her advice, and we’ve only seen positives. Her knowledge and expertise really shows through and she’s able to go above and beyond for her clients. If I had to do things over, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Eva showed up, didn’t bullshit, she was honest, and worked with my wife and I on every level from the initial walk-through until the final closing date. I needed a new home in Warrensburg, Missouri and I had to buy it while I was out of state. I had some financial limits and a bit of a time crunch. I went to Eva Clark with Next Door Agents and I am so glad I did! Her channel on You Tube is incredibly helpful. She worked tirelessly to find me the exact house I was looking for, in the type of neighborhood I wanted, and in my price range. She really went the extra mile in order to find the house and help me find a good mortgage broker in the area. She really listened to me when I told her what I wanted and asked questions that helped clarify things I was not sure about. She stayed in constant touch with me, sent me pics of different houses and her honest opinion of each. We finally found the perfect house for me. It needed some minor, inexpensive fixes and she had her repair people go in and do the fixes so that the house was move-in ready. I am so pleased with her dedication, hard work and service!!!! I feel that she went the extra mile for me. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently bought our first home thanks to the INCREDIBLE help and support of Eva with The Next Door Agents. We were moving from Washington state to Warrensburg and we were lucky enough to find Eva's channel on YouTube (sooooooo helpful!). I reached out to her immediately because it was clear that she was knowledgeable, had a great personality, and just plain and simple seemed like someone we could trust. We were not disappointed!! Eva delivered at every opportunity! On our first call she asked all the right questions to be sure she had a great understanding of what we were looking for. Our biggest concern was making sure we ended up in a great neighborhood since we weren't very familiar with the area, she did an outstanding job of making that her priority- she told us when an area maybe wasn't one we wanted to be in, when it was a great area, and whether the area would be a good investment. Once we found a house (which only took a few days since she worked tirelessly to find us a place in our budget) she continued to work hard for us by scheduling EVERYTHING and seeing it all through (inspection, cleaning, minor repairs etc). We even unexpectedly had our Spectrum equipment delivered to our porch a week before we were to arrive, and without me saying anything at all to her she noticed it and took it inside for us. Can't say enough good things about her, she definitely has a client for life in us, and I will recommend her to everyone I come across. THANK YOU EVA!!
