She was quick to schedule home tours, and incredibly patient with this out-of-town guy! She is very thorough, and she was always willing and able to answer any questions I asked, which made the process so much easier. Eva has great connections with other professionals in the community (ie: contractors, etc) which helped in being able to determine if I was making a sound purchase, as well as to set up any repairs I may have been facing down the road. I moved to Warrensburg from out of state and Eva made it such a good experience. She did multiple virtual tours and found the perfect home for us and moving in was seamless. She was extremely kind and enthusiastic and I noticed how much she loves and cares for this town and was so happy to welcome us into it. Wow, this girl is someone you want on your journey to purchasing a home!! We contacted her from out of state, after watching her YouTube videos, and she did NOT disappoint! Coming from out of state, we had our eye on the Blue Springs area, and while Eva is very proud of her “Burg”, she very willingly set up every house showing in the Blue Springs area that we requested (it’s a bit of a drive!) She batched them together in order to respect everyone’s time, and she FaceTimed us to give us the full house tour experience. Eva is incredibly knowledgeable about areas of towns and her no-nonsense approach to it all was so helpful in getting accurate information about where to live based on what we shared with her that we wanted. She gives you excellent feedback about the homes she tours for you, and knows exactly what to look for in terms of positives and negatives of the home, structurally. We found that the Burg really did have what we were looking for, and she helped us find the perfect home that we absolutely LOVE!! Eva knows what she is doing, she will help you from start to finish and makes sure you have what you need along the way…she even has resources for helping you get your house cleaned before you move in! Best of all, Eva is incredibly responsive through the entire process and answers all of your questions, and she works fiercely to find you the right home. I will be using Eva for any future home purchases, and she will always be my recommendation to others!!
Eva and team were fantastic from day 1! I had to make a purchase from out of state and she helped run the entire thing so we made it over the finish line! She arranged the inspections, walkthroughs, all of it. She kept in constant communication, updating me along the way.
