I would highly recommend Eva to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She is professional, responsive, works with integrity, patient, and very encouraging. She was always early and would scope out the home(s) prior to showing us, and would be prepared to show us features in the home and educate us on what to look for/be aware of when viewing each home. Eva was very patient with us during the home hunting process. We bought our first home in a seller's market and viewed numerous homes, put in multiple offers, and throughout each step Eva was encouraging and proactive to help us keep looking for a home. Eva's proactiveness and help didn't stop when we found a home, while in escrow, she continued to diligently follow up with all parties to make sure we closed on time. You will not regret working with Eva will will be beyond thankful for all her hard work!
