Before Eva Do helped us sell our condo, Eva had been managing our condo for more than 10 years. We live on the east coast, it was impossible for us to attend to every single issue that came up with the condo. Eva helped us to find tenants, she helped on any problem with our condo, including finding workers, buying parts needed and helped us replace appliances. She was very prompt at addressing issues and respectful of us and the tenants. When it was time for us to sell the condo, she took care of everything. Our family has known Eva Do for a number of years. She is a well known and trusted realtor in the Oakland area, especially in Oakland Chinatown area. She quickly helped the tenants move to another location, repaired and cleaned this unit, placed it on the market with virtual staging in less than a month. Again, with only one open house, we received multiple cash offers above asking price, with no contingencies. We accepted an offer last Tuesday, and closed in 6 days!
