As first time homebuyers in an aggressive market, my wife and I wanted and needed a real estate agent we could not only trust to keep us organized, focused, and on-track, but also rely on to keep us calm and sane in the more difficult and overwhelming moments of the process. I bought two houses with Eva and both time I felt very satisfied with her. She is literally there for you all the time during the whole home purchase process. She responds right away with the accurate answers whatever I ask. She makes schedule arrangements for the properties to show even when I ask late in the night for the early morning next day. The next day was the review date and I got that house because she made appointment to look around, worked for the contract at the same day till the deadline!! She never miss the important dates and the points that could effect on the contract. That was very helpful and trustworthy because even though I tried to keep up with everything but still need help from the expert who can tell me what I’m signing about. Along with her celerity and accuracy, she is also very nice to work with. She doesn’t push you to go a certain direction or make you nervous when you need to stop and think about what you want.(It’s little hard to do in this competitive market situation) I’m also very pleased by her after service. Buying a house in this market in Seattle is stressful and easy to get nervous but I made it twice and I knew I couldn’t do this without her. I do appreciate her help.
