Eugene is always looking for my best interest. He knows his buyers and sellers well. Due to problems with association I was having a difficult time selling my condo. Eugene found a cash buyer and helped me with releasing my condo from a lien caused by poor association management. He advised me to sell before I was hit with a special assessment to have the roofs fixed. This is happening now and thanks to Eugene, I am not affected as he sold the property to a cash buyer. He is always on the look out for his clients. I was sick during the process and Eugene was kind enough to bring the paper work to me or had me sign electronically so I did not have to go anywhere. We closed and the funds were in my bank account within hours. I strongly recommend him and hope we can work together again soon.
