Eugene Fleming III

Eugene did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home. Originally, we were looking at buying an older home, kind of unsure exactly what we wanted. We then decided to look into new construction homes, and we are glad we did. Eugene was there for us to answer all of our questions. He helped us schedule walk throughs for both used and new model homes very quickly. He was very detailed and made sure to gather all the information we needed. First time home buyer here, so we had a ton of questions, and Eugene was there night and day for us. He helped guide us along in the process and made it super easy. In the end, he helped us find our first home and even assisted in negotiating with the builder, which was very helpful. We highly recommend Eugene and plan on hiring him again when we are looking to upgrade. His help really was priceless, and he is a great person through and through. We look forward to working with him again in the future when we are ready. Trust me, this man will not let you down. He is extremely courteous and very professional, and he always keeps your best interests in mind while helping you obtain the home of your dreams.
