Alan and Gino Cirson were exactly the kind of agents I wanted for selling my condo. I'm not a details person. I want people who know what they're doing, will point me in the best direction, and who won't bog me down with needless details. Alan took the lead from the start, helping arrange repairs (he knows a guy...), coordinating with the homeowners' association, and even dealing with problem or two with an ex-wife (mine, not his). He anticipated everything that was coming up, told me everything that he was doing, did what he said, and let me snooze in the figurative passenger seat while he drove the sale home. My condo sold quickly, I think, and we didn't ping-pong through a lot of offers. I don't know if every client of theirs is as hands-off as I wanted to be, but I made it clear from the start that I wanted to sell and didn't want to sweat a bunch of details. The Cirson Team performed exactly as I really wanted; did all the work and told me where to sign after everything was arranged.
