I had the Cirson brothers help sell 2 homes in the last year. They took care of my 78 yr old family friend Mom in Westminster, CA like she was their mother. Alan did far more than I would expect any realtor to do. He answered calls immediately, always available for any needs. He started with providing a window washer whose work was exceptional. Alan held many open houses and worked diligently in contacting those who did not attend an open house. He provided a dumpster for all the items we could not take because of downsizing and emptied the house of all the furniture left behind. The new owners entered a pristine house. He continues after a month from the sale to send the mail the post office fails to forward. We regret that moving 3000 miles away separated us from further contact with Alan. He became a good friend, just like a family member. I always considered Alan a gift from God and He agreed with my thinking. Alan’s gifts were unending.
