Ethan got me a better deal than what I had wanted. He also listed and sold my home for more than any other homes near by and sets a new record for the neighborhood. After looking back and seeing other nicer homes selling for less, it puts a big smile on my face knowing I have the best Broker working for me. seriously, I can't thank him enough for all the hard work his done!
