Very friendly and informative
As a first time home buyer I had many questions about the process that Esteban was able to answer as well as explain more than I thought to ask about. While we were touring houses he was examining things like HVAC units and crawl spaces and generally looking out for potential problems with the houses to save me from having to make costly repairs in the future. He was great with communication, keeping me informed of new and upcoming listings, and programs to help first time buyers like myself. When I finally found a house I liked he was able to negotiate a great deal for me and pushed the seller to take care of several things with the house before I moved in.
