My wife and I have used Ernie in the past to sell and buy a home. It was an easy call to use him again in this new purchase. However, this time, we were buying with my brother. To be fair to him, we met with two other agents so he can get some perspective. First impressions are everything, and after meeting with Ernie, my brother was quickly convinced he should represent us. We met in his office and his first goal was to set a plan and really understand what we wanted. Just in that first meeting alone, he already had great information for us and references to links and articles that helped us understand the market and real estate more. It was great of him to take so much time to explain things that don't really make sense to anyone that's not an agent. We looked at homes in Santa Ana and Orange and appreciated the knowledge he had on the neighborhood and architecture. I could tell he hadn't just done his homework before seeing the house, he genuinely loves his job & appreciates the details in knowing his history on real estate here in Orange County. I was really impressed when once an agent had given us until 5pm to make an offer. Ernie submitted our offer around 1pm but the agent said clients had already gone with someone else thinking we wouldn’t be making an offer. Ernie was on it and explained to the agent that she had been doing a disservice to her client by not presenting all offers and not sticking to her deadline. He showed us time and time again how he had our back. He was always honest with us on what would be the best offer to make but was never pushy, he gave us information and respected whatever offer we wanted to make. I recommend Ernie to anyone looking to buy or sale a home. I've personally now used him for both and could not be happier.

After my husband and I were set on some major plans to sell our house, we knew we had to have the right agent to make it happen. We did our research, met a few real estate agents but there was no doubt in our minds after meeting with Ernie Aguilar that he would be able to make things happen for us. In the fall of 2018, during the holidays when many thought it would be impossible to sell our home, Ernie worked his magic and made it happen. He made some minor but critical changes to stage our home perfectly and brought the best photographer/ videographer that took the most amazing pictures, including a 3D tour. After a very successful open house and a few showings, we got offers. We sold our home and now look forward to continue working with Ernie to purchase some investment property and our future dream home. What we appreciate the most is feeling 100% confident that Ernie has our best interest in mind. He's gone above and beyond for us and we just couldn't be happier. Ernie helped us buy a house in January of 2018. It was our first home and my fiancé and I were pretty clueless about the process. Ernie sat down with us and explained how everything worked. Once we were ready to start looking, we sent Ernie all of our “potentials” and we’d schedule a viewing. Regardless of time or day, Ernie was there with us to see the house and to offer his professional opinion as well as communicate with the listing agent if we were interested. He kept us in the loop at all times and went out of his way to make sure we had all the necessary information before making our decision. You want Ernie in your corner because he will fight for you. When you’re making a life changing decision like buying a home, you want someone who cares and who will be there for you along the way. Buying a home is not easy but Ernie made it easier.

Working with Ernie was very simple and a great experience. He was very attentive and was on top of the process. I am a firm believer that when u gain someones trust and respect it makes the vision easier. At my age 33. You want to work with someone who has the same vision of growth and humbleness. I never felt pressured, like the other agents I dealt with. We moved at my pace.
