As first-time homebuyers from out of state with a one and a half year old, purchasing a home in South Carolina in the middle of a pandemic was a big leap of faith. Ernest was there every step of the way to ensure this was a successful move. He virtually toured several homes for us, told it like it was, and ensured we found the right fit.
