Erin helped me sell a home that was part of an estate and not in our local area. Erin negotiated with the new owners so that we got the maximum profit for the estate and the new owners were thrilled with the deal. She took the time to know what was needed to make the sale in that area, and worked extremely well with all the other parties to get the home sold with minimum effort from me. The closing was seamless. She was incredibly responsive, to include a small problem when some neighbors took down the property signs hoping to keep others from buying it. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone I cared about, she went the extra mile for us.
