Erin Williams was great to work with! My husband and I gave her a list of our needs and wants with purchasing a new home…. And she presented us with great options! Once we decided on our home she fought for us from the beginning. She was able to workout a great purchase price, she was present for the inspection and appraisal. She checked in periodically to make sure we were ok and still happy! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though this was the hardest process she made it seem easy. She was a great listening…. Because yes, I called her crying a couple of times because buying a house is huge…. But she was able to give me guidance and calm me down! I did most of the communication for my 92 year old sharp minded mother, at her request. I have never owned property so was unfamiliar with the process. Each step of the way Erin guided me. She proved herself as a realtor endeavoring to cover all the necessary details of a sale and to answer my questions as needed with accuracy, cheerfulness and respect. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to have the pleasure of working with her face to face since we live on the opposite side of the country!

Erin negotiated with the new owners so that we got the maximum profit for the estate and the new owners were thrilled with the deal. She took the time to know what was needed to make the sale in that area, and worked extremely well with all the other parties to get the home sold with minimum effort from me.
