Erin is amazingly helpful, knowing the areas ins and outs. She helped us understand the VA loan process as well. One of my favorite things about Erin is that she always gave us all the info- and helped us decide how to make the best choices for us. Things like how much to offer for the house, or which company to hire for inspection- she didn't tell us "do this" she said "well, you could go this route and here are options". I enjoyed this process so much- and I really enjoyed Erin's honest and informative help!!
