We met Erin at an open house as we were looking for houses during a visit to the state. We were coming from out of state and couldn’t travel to WA after that first visit to look at houses ourselves. Erin did all the leg work for us, traveling to houses we were interested in and filming the walk through. She spent a great deal of time doing this and planning an itinerary when we were ready to find one in person. She had everything scheduled to make the most of our short stay to find a home. She even showed up with snacks since we’d be out visiting homes all day. We found a home quickly and Erin made sure everything went smoothly from there. She was super organized, and a great communicator and problem solver. She worked well with everyone we had to interface with to close. She even gave us a beautiful gift after closing.
