Since we were looking at houses away from where we currently live, she suggested FaceTime walk throughs which made it much easier. As we got close to offer, she helped as navigate and win a bid (that had 3 other same price offers). Her recommendations helped us get the house over the other bids. We appreciated her willingness to be flexible and her knowledge of the area.
