Erin was awesome! She provided valuable information about the market we were selling in and really went to bat for us when faced with a challenging buyer and buyer’s agent. As a mom,m herself, she’s great with kids, even bringing bubbles and activities for our kids to do at meetings.
Erin did a great job representing us buying our home. Our lender wasn't knowledgeable and was tentative, he tried several times to get her to postpone the closing date to give him more time to procrastinate and learn his job. Erin communicated professionally but didn't allow him to push the close back and kept us informed so I could follow up to do our part. She also was on the front lines of communication making certain all the vendors, the other agent, title company, and lender were in the loop. She did all she could to complete the deal and on schedule. We're very happy to recommend her.
