We recently worked with Erin to purchase a home in the Lamorinda area. We were referred to Erin by our realtor from San Francisco. Being new to the area, he initially gave us an insightful tour of the different neighborhoods of Lamorinda. He is very knowledgeable about this area. Erin is consistently available and responded promptly and patiently to many questions. He was very flexible and made appointments to view homes and came on tours with us to point out important aspects of a home. His perspective as a parent and also resident in the nearby neighborhood was also extremely helpful in finding the right neighborhood and home for our family. Erin was always on time for every appointment, and he carefully walked us brought the offer process. He also helped refer us to a contractor for renovations and helped schedule and attend all additional inspections. Overall, we highly recommend Erin without any hesitation. He's a joy to work with and brings strong knowledge of the real estate market in this area.
