She truly is one of the best in the business!

My husband and I have moved 8 times and therefore have had 6 realtors. Erin is by far the best realtor we've experienced. We used her three years ago to sell our house and she went above and beyond for us in taking care of things. So when we moved back to town I had to call her up. We moved back to Denver from out of state and she handled everything perfectly. Every time we visited she had a list of houses to see. We put a contract on a house before seeing it in person and she helped us negotiate the best price. Then, while under contract our house got hail damage. She made sure the seller fixed it before closing because we couldn't physically be here to check on it. These are only a few ways she's been helpful. She has always gone above and beyond what we've asked of her. She truly is one of the best in the business!
