This was the first time selling a place. Ms. Johnson was very helpful from the beginning with tips and suggestions to ready my condo for showing. She used a great photographer who showcased my condo, and made it look it's best. During the showing process she kept me continuously up to date on progress and buyer interest. When a contract had been secured, Erin was with me every step of the way to ensure I understood the process. Because of her confidence and knowledge I felt like I could trust her and ask questions freely. She is solid, and trustworthy -and responds quickly to texts and emails. She was simply excellent.

Erin was simply amazing. We were relocating from the east coast to Denver and looking to buy in the middle of a ridiculous seller's market. Being 1,500+ miles away only added to the stress. I worked with Erin in fall of 2020. We went through an initial round of home-viewings, made an offer on a fixer-upper, and ultimately passed on the home when it became clear that there was too much that needed done to it. I was discouraged after this, but Erin remained available and encouraging. About a month later, she took the time to go through possible next steps when I was feeling like I still was wanting to buy but probably couldn't get into a reasonable house based on market realities. We starting looking again in October 2020, found something that was a fit, and then were able to place a competitive bid that ultimately was accepted. Erin's patience with my personal process and circumstances was admirable at every step.
