I have been a Nashville resident for over 15 years. I moved to Nashville from the east coast in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the city. My husband and I feel truly blessed to be raising our four children in music city. While we have watched our family grow, we have watched the city grow.
I have been a Realtor for over 10 years. I specialize in the greater Nashville area including Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, and Cheatham counties, but also am happy to work in other surrounding counties. I have my E-Pro certification and utilize Zoom, Facetime, and social media to assist my buyers in their moves from out of state. I use professional, master level, photographers and videographers to market my listings. I am also a certified Military Relocation Specialist and a certified Staging Advocate. As a realtor, it’s important to me to stay up to date on the latest tools for my clients, and I strive to stay on the cutting edge.
As a numbers person, I am fascinated by market trends and take great care when examining your contracts. The acquisition of real estate is frequently the largest purchase a person will make. I take great pride in having the knowledge, skills, and attention to detail it takes to help my clients secure the best offers and the best purchases. I also have a passion for design. I find so much fun in helping homeowners with the process of staging and photographing their homes as well as marketing their listings. As a realtor, I represent my sellers at open houses, broker opens, personal events, on my social media, and everywhere I go.
