Erin Fortney

We met Erin on our first house we walked through. She was very knowledgable and courteous to our needs. After months of searching we found a house we fell for, it was a short sale and she informed us it could be a long process, we really liked the house so we agreed to wait. Without Erin on our side we dont think we would be in our new house. She did everything and more to make sure everything was going as it should. She stayed up and current with the opposing lender and agent. And gave us timely and informational updates weekly. We would definitly be using her if we go house shopping again.

House hunting is always stressful for everyone. Some houses that you liked just went though right before you touched it, or sometime you just can't find anything that you like. But Erin is always there for you! That's what all of us want from our realtor. She helped us outside of her box, and make our transition as smooth as possible.
