Having Erika as our realtor was the best thing that could have happened. We had sold our old house quickly without listing it, so we were totally unprepared to find the market as it was. Not many houses available, but LOTS of cash buyers! We bid on several nice homes but kept getting outbid even though we went above market price like they did. Things were getting desperate because the person who had bought our house had given us a few months to move out, but our time was coming to an end. We needed to buy a house and move . . . quickly! Erika kept coming up with places to visit in our price range and did so much leg work to facilitate us finding the right house. She kept our spirits up when we were getting worried we wouldn't have a house in time.
