Amidst one of the most lopsided seller’s markets in recent history, Erika was somehow able to win us our house for $20,000 less than listing. Erika was available for questions, phone calls, texts and emails at almost every hour of the day and was always happy to assist. We were first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing. Erika walked us through every step of the process. For 6 months Erika toured homes with us and never once did it feel she was running out of patience or trying to talk us in to making offers on homes we weren’t interested in. When we finally decided to put an offer in our current home, Erika even challenged the idea to make sure we were serious and considering all options. I truly could not recommend Erika enough as a realtor.
