Erika contacted me while I was still in California and planning my move. She didn't harass me like some do, but rather she was patient and understanding. I had a lot going on between student trips, a death in the family, broken toe, etc. And she understood. I received emails with listings that were selected based on my preferences. When I modified them, Erika happily adjusted the search criteria. When I clicked the like button, Erika would then discuss them with me. She was totally on top of it! Amidst one of the most lopsided seller’s markets in recent history, Erika was somehow able to win us our house for $20,000 less than listing. Erika was available for questions, phone calls, texts and emails at almost every hour of the day and was always happy to assist. We were first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing.
