Erika was always responsive to my questions, emails and texts at a very timely manner. Attentive to our needs at a difficult time. Cannot stress enough, Erika's performance as an agent and a person was very respectful to our needs. At the closing she was so understanding and very patient with us. After the closing a few days later she was so kind to take time out of her busy schedule and ask how my mom & dad are doing. Thank you Erika ! Have a Happy New Year 2020 And a prosperous one ~
