The sellers were not always very communicative, and we also had issues with our mortgage company/lender backing out during the process. Erika helped guide us through all of it with professionalism and patience, keeping us informed and helping us stay focused on the next step. She also went above and beyond after the contract was in place, helping make sure the house was clean and ready for us and connecting us with contractors and local resources. That extra effort meant a lot, especially since we were moving from out of state.
