Persistence and optimism kept us sane!

I found Erika through a professional recommendation when my husband and I were just kicking around the idea of possibly selling our home to build our dream home. She immediately got back to me and came over to genuinely help us make our decision. Once we listed our home, she was in touch with us almost daily so that we knew what was going on and what to expect. We did have a minor set back when the first offer on our house was recinded but that was not because of Erika's persistence in trying to make that initial sale happen. We felt really discouraged but Erika didn't lose momentum and kept us feeling hopeful until we sold our house 3 months later.
