We relocated to Seattle at the beginning of the year and decided to buy a home instead of renting. I got in touch with Erika a few months before our relocation and she was always happy to help with information we were looking for even before our move. We are first time home owners and she went above and beyond to help us with our home purchase. She was able to find the perfect home and was patient with us all the way through. She was always responsive by all means, and made the entire process so easy on us. She was also great at negotiating the offer with the listing agent, and got us the deal we were looking for. Given that we were in the middle of a move and were already going through a lot with the transition, but Erika made it all possible for us!
