We relocated to Seattle at the beginning of the year and decided to buy a home instead of renting. I got in touch with Erika a few months before our relocation and she was always happy to help with information we were looking for even before our move. We are first time home owners and she went above and beyond to help us with our home purchase. She was able to find the perfect home and was patient with us all the way through. She was always responsive by all means, and made the entire process so easy on us. She was also great at negotiating the offer with the listing agent, and got us the deal we were looking for. I couldn’t imagine this would’ve been possible without Erika’s help. Given that we were in the middle of a move and were already going through a lot with the transition, but Erika made it all possible for us! Erika is extremely ambitious and persistent (without coming off as pushy or like a salesperson!). She provides you with all information needed upfront and as you go through the process of house hunting. She is nearly ALWAYS available via text (my major way of communicating) and is very thorough in her written and verbal communication. I asked her ENDLESS numbers of questions and she NEVER seemed annoyed and almost always knew the answers right off the top of her head. When she didn't she would research that topic and almost immediately become an expert on it! She blew my mind with how quickly she would get back to me with thorough information regarding all of my questions on top of questions. Erika patiently and happily guided me through my on-again-off-again house hunting over a period of 7 months. We would go to open houses together as well as private showings. She made it possible to go during my tough, tight schedule. I spoke with an agent regarding a property I was considering offering on, and she spoke very highly of Erika to me. She said that Erika has some of the best communication skills she has come across in the field and that she was extremely pleasant to work with. I was so proud to be her client!
